What started as a gift of a pink oyster fruiting block in a small apartment has slowly grown into a small-ish mushroom farm. We focus on providing our mushrooms to our local area — and providing high-quality recipes and techniques to help people add them to their diet.

What we grow

Oyster, lion's mane, chestnut, and shiitake on blocks. Everything is grown without sprays, in small batches, and harvested at peak.
